Charlotte, N.C., Dec. 2 - Shamrock Activist Value Fund, LP sold 313,851 shares of Jackson Hewitt Tax Service Inc. between Nov. 23 and Nov. 30 for a total of $1.29 million.

The shares were priced from $3.99 to $4.19 each, according to a schedule 13D/A filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission on Wednesday.
