Portland, Ore., May 13 – Iliad Holding SAS priced two upsized add-on tranches to its senior secured notes due April 15, 2031 (B2/B+/BB-) on Monday, according to market sources.
An upsized $200 million add-on to the 8½% notes priced at 100.75, the rich end of the 100.5 to 100.75 price talk. The tranche size increased from $100 million.
An upsized €150 million add-on to the 6 7/8% notes priced at 100.75, at the rich end of the 100.5 to 100.75 price talk. The tranche size increased from €100 million.
BNP Paribas was the sole active bookrunner.
The Paris-based telecom plans to use the proceeds for general corporate purposes.
