Sweden’s IB Bostad issues make-whole call for NOK 185 million notes

Chicago, Sept. 10 – IB Bostad 18 AB is exercising the call option for its NOK 185 million senior secured bonds due 2018.

The notes will be redeemed at par plus a make-whole premium on Sept. 24, which will be a redemption amount of NOK 185,953,821, according to the notice.

The notes were issued on Oct. 21, 2016.

IB is a real estate investment trust based in Vasteras, Sweden.
