Ivy Hill Middle Market Credit Fund X directed to redeem rated notes

Minneapolis, June 19 – Ivy Hill Middle Market Credit Fund X, Ltd./Ivy Hill Middle Market Credit Fund X, LLC received direction from a majority of its subordinated noteholders to fully redeem seven classes of rated notes, according to a notice from trustee U.S. Bank NA.

The class A-1, A-2a, A-2b, B, C, D-1 and D-2 notes will be redeemed on July 18.

New York City-based Ivy Hill Asset Management, LP is the asset manager.
