Fitch rates Inter Media's Notes B+
Fitch Ratings said it assigned Inter Media and Communication SpA's senior secured fixed-rate notes an expected B+ rating.
“The expected instrument rating reflects the consolidated credit profile of Inter Milan, predominantly constituting F.C. Internazionale Milano SpA (TeamCo) and Inter Media, and the structural protections of the Inter Media financing structure,” Fitch said in a press release.
The agency downgraded Inter Media’s notes to B+ from BB- on Dec. 22, citing a weaker consolidated group financial profile.
The outlook is stable.
