Moody’s: IHS Market unaffected by acquisition
Moody's Investors Service said that IHS Markit Ltd.'s proposed acquisition of Ipreo Holdings LLC for $1.855 billion is credit negative as it will increase leverage by about 1 time.
However, IHS's Ba1 corporate family rating and stable outlook are not affected at this time.
