New Issue: Israel Electric sells NIS 1.33 billion series 28, 29 bonds at premium

Chicago, March 24 – Israel Electric Corp. Ltd. sold NIS 446.75 million of series 28 bonds and NIS 885,099,000 of series 29 bonds.

The company will accept orders for 446,750 units of series 28 bonds at a price of 1,116 NIS for each unit and for 885,099 units of series 29 bonds at a price of 1,192 NIS per unit.

The price is 1.116 NIS per 1 NIS par amount of series 28 bonds and 1.192 NIS per 1 NIS of series 29 bonds.

Israel Electric has decided to upsize the issue to NIS 2 billion, with board approval, “in light of the large amount of the demand,” according to a company announcement.

Israel Electric is a Haifa, Israel-based publicly controlled utility.
