Moody's: Isagen view to negative

Moody's Investors Service said it changed the rating outlook for Isagen SA ESP to negative from stable and affirmed its existing Baa3 issuer rating.

"The change in Isagen's rating outlook is largely driven by the Government of Colombia's decision to sell its 57.66% majority ownership stake in Isagen," Moody's vice president Natividad Martel said in a news release. "This decision underpins Moody's re-assessment about the government's extraordinary support of the company from 'medium' to 'low' under the Government-Related Issuers (GRI): Methodology."
