Moody’s: Iron Mountain unaffected by acquisition

Moody's Investors Service said that Iron Mountain Inc.'s acquisition of EvoSwitch data center business is credit negative but its Ba3 corporate family rating and negative outlook are not affected.

On May 30, Iron Mountain announced that it acquired EvoSwitch Netherlands BV and EvoSwitch Global Services BV for about $235 million.
