Malaysia's IOI Corp. to start roadshow Thursday in Singapore for $350 million bonds

St. Louis, March 1 - Malayasian plantation operator IOI Corp. Bhd. will begin marketing a $350 million offering of 10-year global bonds (A3) to investors on Thursday in Singapore, according to an informed source.

The roadshow moves to Hong Kong on Friday and to London on March 7. The offering is expected to price thereafter.

Barclays Capital and Citigroup will run the books for the Regulation S-only offering.

Proceeds will be used to refinance bank debt and for general corporate purposes.

The company is based in Kuala Lumpur.
