Intrepid Potash extends revolving credit facility two years to 2020

Columbus, Ohio, Aug. 28 – Intrepid Potash, Inc. extended its credit agreement with U.S. Bank NA as administrative agent by two years on Friday, according to an 8-K filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The facility’s new maturity date is Aug. 28, 2020.

The facility continues to have commitments of $250 million, consisting of a revolving credit facility, a swingline sub-facility up to $25 million and a letter of credit sub-facility up to $25 million.

No borrowings were drawn under the facility as of Friday.

Intrepid is a Denver-based producer and marketer of potash.
