Intrawest gets new loan to refinance existing corporate debt

New York, April 27 - Intrawest Corp. closed on a new loan that is scheduled to mature in 2014, according to a news release.

Proceeds were used to refinance corporate debt that was due in December.

Intrawest is a Vancouver-based developer and manager of experiential destination resorts.
