Portland, Ore., June 20 - Greece-based Intralot Finance Luxembourg SA talked its €300 million offering of five-year senior notes (B1/B+/BB-) to yield 9¼% to 9½%, an informed source said on Thursday.

The deal is set to price on Friday.

Citigroup and HSBC are the active bookrunners. Barclays and SG CIB are the passive bookrunners.

The Rule 144A and Regulation S notes come with three years of call protection.
