S&P gives B+ to Intralot notes

Standard & Poor's said it assigned its B- long-term corporate credit rating to Intralot SA and placed the corporate credit rating on Intralot on CreditWatch with positive implications.

In addition, S&P assigned a B+ issue rating to the €300 million proposed senior unsecured notes to be issued by Intralot's 100% subsidiary Intralot Finance Luxembourg SA.

The ratings on Intralot reflect S&P's assessment of the company's business risk profile as "fair" and financial risk profile as "aggressive."
