Interxion starts roadshow for €300 million seven-year notes; pricing this week

Portland, Ore., June 17 - Netherlands-based Interxion Holding NV began a roadshow on Monday for a €300 million offering of seven-year senior secured notes, according to an informed source.

The deal is expected to price mid-to-late in the present week.

Barclays, Citigroup, Credit Suisse and BofA Merrill Lynch are the leads.

The Rule 144A and Regulation S for life notes come with three years of call protection.

The Schiphol-Rijk, Netherlands-based provider of premium carrier-neutral data centers plans to use the proceeds to fund the tender for its 9½% senior secured notes due 2017.
