Interval Leisure Group intends to call senior notes for redemption

Kansas City, Kan., May 8 - Interval Leisure Group plans to redeem its senior notes on or after Sept. 1, the company said in a report on its first quarter results.

The company plans to redeem part or all of the notes at par plus accrued interest.

The Miami-based company offers travel and leisure-related products via a membership and exchange program.
