Interpublic Group intends to sell 10-year issue of senior notes

Virginia Beach, March 31 - Interpublic Group of Cos. Inc. is set to price an offering of senior notes due 2024, according to a 424B2 filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

There is a change-of-control put at 101%.

The bookrunners are BofA Merrill Lynch, Citigroup Global Markets Inc., J.P. Morgan Securities LLC and Morgan Stanley & Co. LLC.

Interpublic Group plans to use proceeds to redeem its $350 million of 6.25% notes due 2014, with any remaining proceeds to be used for general corporate purposes.

The global advertising and marketing company is based in New York City.
