Fitch affirms ILFC

Fitch Ratings said it affirmed International Lease Finance Corp.'s issuer default rating at BB.

The outlook is stable.

The agency noted

The affirmation and stable outlook reflects Fitch's view that the company remains committed to its long-term strategy of reducing the overall age of its fleet and creating a strong stand-alone funding and liquidity profile, the agency said.
