IBRD talks five-year dollar sustainable development notes at mid-swaps plus 11 bps area

Tupelo, Miss., Oct. 20 – The International Bank for Reconstruction and Development, or World Bank, plans to price dollar-denominated five-year global sustainable development notes (Aaa/AAA/AAA) on Wednesday, according to a market source.

Initial price talk is in the mid-swaps plus 11 basis points area.

Barclays, Deutsche Bank Securities Inc., Morgan Stanley & Co. LLC and RBC Capital Markets, LLC are the bookrunners.

The global development financing cooperative is based in Washington, D.C.
