S&P rates ICE notes A-
S&P said it assigned its A- rating to Intercontinental Exchange Inc.'s (ICE) planned $1 billion offering of senior unsecured debt, in exchange for the outstanding senior notes issued by Black Knight InfoServ due 2028.
The agency rates ICE’s senior unsecured debt A-.
The exchange offer expires Dec. 8.
The outlook is stable.
