Integra Telecom to launch about $793 million in term loans on Friday

New York, April 30 – Integra Telecom Holdings Inc. set a lender call for 1 p.m. ET on Friday to launch $793,299,000 in term loans, according to a market source.

Morgan Stanley Senior Funding Inc. is the lead bank on the deal.

The debt consists of a $673,299,000 senior secured first-lien term loan B and a $120 million second-lien term loan, the source said.

Integra Telecom is a provider of telecommunications services.
