Moody's: Intcomex view stable

Moody's Investors Service said it affirmed Intcomex, Inc.'s B3 corporate family rating, B3 probability of default rating and the B3 rating for the company's senior secured notes.

Moody's also maintained the company's SGL-3 liquidity rating and revised the outlook to stable from negative.

Moody's said the outlook revision is based on the ratings agency's expectations of Intcomex's improving cash flow generation.
