Moody's gives Infonavit certificates Aaa.mx, Aa2.mx

Moody's de México SA de CV said it has assigned a rating of Aaa.mx and a rating of Baa1 (global-scale, local currency) to the class A certificates CEDEVIS 09-5U of Instituto del Fondo Nacional de la Vivienda para los Trabajadores issued by Nacional Financiera SNC, Institución de Banca de Desarrollo acting solely in its capacity as trustee.

Moody's said it also assigned a rating of Aa2.mx and a rating of Baa3 (global-scale, local currency) to the class B certificates.

Interest and principal to certificate holders will be payable with cash flow from low income housing mortgage loans originated by Infonavit and assigned to the trust, established under the laws of Mexico, the agency added.
