Innovation Ventures to redeem 9½% senior secured notes on Nov. 14

Norfolk, Va., Oct. 14 – Innovation Ventures, LLC issued a notice of redemption for its 9½% senior secured notes due 2019, according to a press release.

The notes will be redeemed on Nov. 14.

The company intends to fund the redemption with the proceeds from a term loan pursuant to a credit and security agreement that it entered into on Friday.

Farmington Hills, Mich.-based Innovation Ventures is the producer of 5-hour Energy, a liquid energy drink.
