Inmobiliaria Colonial buys €375 million 1.863% notes in tender

Chicago, Oct. 28 – Inmobiliaria Colonial accepted for purchase €375 million of its €750 million of 1.863% notes due 2019.

Inmobiliaria will purchase the notes at a price of 104.823% of par using a proration factor of 68.52%, according to a company notice.

The company was tendering for a capped amount of the notes from Oct. 20 until 10 a.m. ET on Oct. 27.

Holders also will receive accrued interest to but excluding the settlement date of Nov. 2.

Inmobiliaria had planned to issue new euro-denominated fixed-rate notes, and the tender offer was contingent on closing of the new issue. The condition has now been met, the company said.
