Moody's: Ingram unaffected

Moody's Investors Service said Ingram Micro's recent announcement that it plans to acquire Brightpoint Inc. for $840 million will have no impact on the Baa3 senior unsecured rating.

The agency said the principal methodology used in this rating was S&P's global distribution & supply chain services methodology.
