Moody’s reviews Ingles Markets

Moody's Investors Service said it placed Ingles Markets, Inc.’s Ba3 corporate family rating and B1 senior unsecured rating on review for upgrade.

The speculative grade liquidity rating of SGL-3 is unchanged.

Moody’s said the review will focus on the company's corporate governance, composition and independence of its board of directors and financial policies going forward. The review will also focus on the company's ability to maintain credit metrics at current levels in light of the competitive and highly promotional business environment.
