infoUSA to draw on existing credit facility for Opinion Research purchase

New York, Aug. 4 - infoUSA Inc. plans to use borrowings under its existing credit facility, along with cash on hand, to fund the $134.3 million acquisition of Opinion Research Corp., according to a company news release.

The transaction, which is expected to close in the fourth quarter, is subject to customary closing conditions and the approval of Opinion Research shareholders.

infoUSA is an Omaha, Neb.-based provider of business and consumer information products, database marketing services, data processing services and sales and marketing products.
