Moody's affirms Indosat

Moody's Investors Service said it affirmed the Ba3 foreign currency senior unsecured bond rating of Indosat Finance Co. BV and Indosat International Finance Co. BV.

The bonds are irrevocably and unconditionally guaranteed by PT Indosat Tbk.

The outlook remains positive, which reflects the positive outlook of Indosat's Ba1 local currency rating, the agency said.

Moody's said the current Indonesia's B2 foreign currency sovereign rating review for possible upgrade will not have any impact on Indosat's Ba3 foreign currency bond rating.
