Indonesia's Indika Energy plans 10-year dollar-denominated notes

Atlanta, Jan. 9 - Indonesia's PT Indika Tbk. is planning a dollar-denominated issue of 10-year notes (B1) to be issued through wholly owned subsidiary Indo Energy Finance II BV, a market source said.

The notes will be guaranteed by Indika and subsidiaries Indika Inti Corpindo and Tripatra Entities, according to a report from Moody's Investors Service.
