S&P cancels Indian Railway notes rating

S&P said it discontinued its BBB- long-term foreign currency issue rating on the dollar-denominated senior unsecured notes proposed by Indian Railway Finance Corp. Ltd., citing the company’s decision’s to cancel the offering.
