ILC Industries gets $330 million senior facility with Golub Capital

Chicago, July 15 – ILC Industries, LLC obtained a $330 million senior credit facility with Golub Capital as the joint lead arranger, joint bookrunner and administrative agent.

The facility will support the refinancing of ILC Industries, a portfolio company of Behrman Capital, according to a press release by Golub.

ILC Industries is a Bohemia, N.Y., supplier of defense electronics, advanced microelectronic components and engineered materials to the defense, homeland security, commercial aerospace, space and industrial markets.
