Moody’s revises IES Global to negative

Moody's Investors Service said it changed the outlook for IES Global BV to negative from stable and affirmed the B2 corporate family rating, B2-PD probability of default rating (PDR) and the B2 rating on the $270 million first-lien term loan.

The outlook was changed to negative primarily because IES' Brazilian operations are weighing down its consolidated results, the agency said.
