Icahn Enterprises to repay 4 7/8% notes due 2019 with new deal funds

New York, Nov. 30 – Icahn Enterprises LP plans to redeem all of its $1,275,000,000 of outstanding 4 7/8% senior notes due 2019 using proceeds from an offering of $1.26 billion of 6¼% senior notes due 2022, 6¾% senior notes due 2024 and senior notes due 2024, according to a news release and a roadshow presentation.

The 6¼% notes and the 6¾% notes will be add-on tranches to existing debt and are to be offered under Rule 144A and Regulation S.
