S&P lifts IAC/InterActiveCorp. view to positive

Standard & Poor's said it revised the outlook to positive on IAC/InterActiveCorp.

The agency also said it affirmed its existing BB corporate credit rating.

The company's operating performance is exceeding expectations with market-share gains in certain businesses, S&P said.

The agency said it believes its operating performance will remain strong and that key credit measures, including liquidity and debt leverage, will not deviate significantly from currently levels.
