Hilcorp Energy calls $300 million of 8% notes due Feb. 15, 2020 at 104

Chicago, May 20 – Hilcorp Energy and Hilcorp Finance Co. called their $300 million of 8% notes due Feb. 15, 2020.

The notes will be redeemed at 104 plus accrued interest to the redemption date of June 19, according to a call notice.

U.S. Bank NA is the trustee.

Hilcorp is a Houston-based energy exploration and production company.
