Huntsman bank meeting set for Thursday, Deutsche Bank to lead deal

St. Louis, Sept. 15 - Huntsman LLC will have a bank meeting Thursday for a new credit facility, according to a market source.

Deutsche Bank will lead the deal.

No details have been heard on the size and structure of the deal, according to the source.

Proceeds will be used to repay existing debt.

The Salt Lake City chemical company announced a proposed initial public offering of common stock in a Sept. 13 news release.
