S&P rates Hunter Fan loan B
Standard & Poor's said it assigned its B corporate credit rating to Hunter Fan Co. and assigned its B bank loan ratings and 3 recovery ratings to the company's proposed $150 million senior secured term loan B due 2012 and its $50 million revolving credit facility due 2010.
The outlook is stable.
S&P said the ratings reflect Hunter Fan's leveraged capital structure, narrow product focus, small size, and customer and supplier concentration.
