Houston calls $45.51 million of 1998B, C Continental Airlines bonds

Norfolk, Va., Feb. 25 – The City of Houston called $20.63 million of series 1998B and $24,875,000 of series 1998C airport system special facilities revenue bonds issued for Continental Airlines, Inc. airport improvement projects, according to two notices.

Both bonds are due July 15, 2029 and carry a coupon of 5.7%. They will be redeemed at par plus accrued interest on March 26.

The Bank of New York Mellon Trust Co., NA is the trustee agent.
