Hi-Crush Partners to launch $200 million term loan B on Wednesday

New York, Dec. 5 – Hi-Crush Partners LP is set to hold a lenders’ presentation at 2 p.m. ET on Wednesday to launch a $200 million senior secured term loan B, according to a market source.

Morgan Stanley Senior Funding Inc. is the lead bank on the deal.

Proceeds will be used to refinance an existing term loan B due 2021.

Hi-Crush is a Houston-based producer, transporter, marketer and distributor of premium frac sand.
