Moody's: HD Supply loan A3

Moody's Investors Service said it upgraded HD Supply's senior secured term loan to A3 from Baa1.

In a related action, Moody's said it affirmed HD Supply's corporate family and probability of default ratings at Caa2.

The outlook is negative.

The senior secured upgrade reflects Moody's recent upgrade of the senior unsecured rating of the Home Depot, the guarantor of HD Supply's term loan, to A3 from Baa1.
