Moody's ups Hawaiian Telcom bonds to B3

Moody's Investors Service said it modified the ratings of Hawaiian Telcom's $150 million floating-rate senior notes due 2013 and $200 million 9¾% senior notes due 2013 to B3 (LGD5, 75%) from Caa1, following the company's announcement that it prepaid $371 million principal amount of its tranche C term loan and $50 million of revolving loans.
