Moody's could cut Harbinger

Moody's Investors Service said it placed the following ratings of Harbinger Group under review for possible downgrade: the B3 corporate family and probability of default ratings and Caa1 rating on the $500 million senior secured notes.

Moody's said the review follows the receipt of "Wells Notices" from the staff of the Securities Exchange Commission.
