By Paul A. Harris

Portland, Ore., April 17 – Grunenthal GmbH began a two-day roadshow on Monday for a €300 million offering of seven-year senior secured notes (B1/BB-/BB+), according to market sources.

The Rule 144A and Regulation S notes come with three years of call protection.

Joint bookrunner and global coordinator Deutsche Bank will bill and deliver. Goldman Sachs, ING, RBC and UniCredit are also global coordinators and joint bookrunners. Commerz and BNP Paribas are joint bookrunners.

The Aachen, Germany-based pharmaceutical company plans to use the proceeds to repay a €200 million bridge loan put in place to fund its acquisition of testosterone therapy drug producer Nebido in July 2022 and to repay the €75 million Schuldschein facilities.
