Chicago, Jan. 16 – GA Global Funding Trust sold $700 million of 5.5% notes due 2029, according to a market source.
The notes priced at Treasuries plus 175 basis points. Talk started in the 190 bps area.
BMO Capital Markets Corp., Citigroup Global Markets Inc., SMBC Nikko Securities America Inc. and Wells Fargo Securities LLC were the bookrunners.
The issuer is a special purpose statutory trust in Delaware.
