Former FTD’s operating loss narrows to $3.6 million in August

Pittsburgh, Oct. 1 – GUE Liquidation, Inc., formerly FTD, Inc. reported a $3.6 million operating loss for August on $16.85 million in product and service revenue, according to its monthly operating report filed Tuesday with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

In July, GUE posted a $3.79 million operating loss on $20.72 million in product and service revenue.

The net loss for August was $4.05 million, narrowing from a $4.56 million July net loss.

In addition, the company listed no cash and cash equivalents as of Aug. 31.

FTD is a floral wire service based in Downers Grove, Ill. The company filed bankruptcy on June 3 under Chapter 11 case number 19-11240.
