S&P lifts GetBack view to positive

S&P said it revised the outlook on GetBack SA to positive from stable.

The agency also said it affirmed the company's B long-term and B short-term issuer credit ratings.

The outlook revision reflects GetBack's expansion and revenue and EBITDA growth, which will continue in 2018 to 2019, supporting leverage metrics commensurate with a higher rating, S&P said.

Over the past year, GetBack exhibited strong, but controlled growth and improving profitability, posting debt metrics that were better than previously expected, the agency said.

In 2017, Getback successfully launched its initial public offering on the Warsaw stock exchange and is considering an additional equity placement in case of need, S&P said.

The company also faces moderately high country and industry risk, the agency said.
