Galaxy XVI CLO revises redemption for seven note classes to April 3

Minneapolis, March 27 – Galaxy XVI CLO, Ltd./Galaxy XVI CLO, LLC pushed back the redemption date for seven classes of notes to April 3 from March 28, according to a notice from Bank of New York Mellon Trust Co., NA as trustee.

The notes will be redeemed at par plus accrued interest up to the redemption date. The new redemption prices are as follows:

• $113,131.983.83 for the class A-1-R senior notes;

• $139,162,351.80 for the class A-2-R senior notes;

• $30,128,416.67 for the class B-1-R senior notes;

• $15,069,029.29 for the class B-2-R senior notes;

• $35,183,361.11 for the class C-R mezzanine notes;

• $20,535,546.67 for the class D mezzanine notes; and

• $17,742,804.44 for the class E junior notes.

Los Angeles-based PineBridge Investments LLC is the collateral manager.
