New Issue: Credit Suisse prices $1.52 million contingent coupon autocallables linked to stocks

Chicago, April 15 – Credit Suisse AG, London Branch priced $1.52 million of contingent coupon autocallable yield notes due April 10, 2024 linked to the lowest performing of the common stocks of American Airlines Group Inc., Amazon.com, Inc. and Grubhub Inc., according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

Each month, the notes pay a contingent coupon at the rate of 24% per year if each stock closes at or above its coupon barrier level, 60% of its initial share price, on the observation date for that month.

Beginning July 5, the notes will be automatically called at par if each stock closes at or above its trigger level, 90% of its initial share price, on any trigger observation date.

The payout at maturity will be par unless any stock closes finishes below its 50% knock-in level, in which case investors will be exposed to the losses of the lowest performing underlying.

Credit Suisse Securities (USA) LLC is the agent.
