S&P puts Guorui Properties on watch

S&P said it placed its B- long-term issuer credit rating on Guorui Properties Ltd. and the CCC+ long-term issue rating on the company’s outstanding senior unsecured notes on CreditWatch with negative implications.

“We placed the ratings on CreditWatch to reflect the execution risk in Guorui's funding plan to repay its offshore debt of US$550 million due in March 2019,” S&P said in a news release.
